We are pleased to announce that ASEQ-EHAQ's petition to have May 12th recognized as Environmental Sensitivities Day and the month of May as Environmental Sensitivities Month in Quebec will be read at the National Assembly of Quebec by MNA Pierre Marsan, on September 22, 2011.

ASEQ-EHAQ will also be holding a day of awareness at the National Assembly of Québec.

This is an important milestone for all of us and so we invite you, our members and friends to join us at the National Assembly in Québec City, to be present for this occasion.

For this day of awareness and education, we will have a table where we will provide information on Environmental Sensitivities and the group's projects. If you are interested in volunteering for setting up and to man the table, please let us know.

This is also an opportunity for you to get involved and educate your MNA. You can call your MNA and let him or her know that you will be at the National Assembly on September 22, 2011. If you need help contacting your MNA we would be glad to assist you.

We are requesting our members in Québec City and surrounding areas to be present for this event. Also, we would like to know if you will be driving to Quebec City from Montreal in case there are members who would like to share a ride with you.

We are aware that even though many of you would like to attend, you are concerned about the effect of exposures on your health. We understand this and sympathise with you. However, if you cannot attend, please ask a family member or a friend to represent you.

To attend this event you must be registered in advance and comply with the dress code. To be efficient and provide you with all the relevant information, kindly contact us at the earliest and not later than August 31, 2011.
